We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for Business Development Manager based in and around the Bristol/ Bath areas.

Day to Day:

Working with a contractor who delivers public sector repairs and maintenance contracts across the South West.

  • The role is to develop and pursue new and existing business opportunities
  • Develop strategic growth plans
  • Creating proposals and negotiating contracts as part of a wider team
  • Experience of developing a social housing maintenance and construction business
  • Experience of working in the public sector e.g. healthcare, MOD, social housing
  • Analyse market trends, researching and generating leads

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Contractor business development experience
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Public sector framework and contract knowledge
  • Educated to a suitable level
  • IT Literate
  • Full UK driving licence
