- Up to £60K basic salary commensurate with experience as a guide + significant bonus potential + pension + private medical + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

This Business Development Manager job will suit:
- We are looking for a sales / business development with a proven track record of selling bespoke automated engineering solutions / automated equipment / special purpose machinery.
- This is a fantastic opportunity head up all commercial activities related to finding and winning new business within target markets customers are likely to be UK or EU based but you wont be restricted on this.
- The business has a strong reputation and lots of expertise within the rapidly growing electric motors / electric vehicle space that you can leverage.
- Excellent career development potential future Business Unit Leader role potential.
- The office and manufacturing facility is based in South West England but we can be flexible on your location some office presence on an ongoing basis would be preferable to support the development of strong working relationships with the engineering and operations teams etc
This Business Development Manager job will involve:
- You will have full responsibility for the commercialization of the automated engineering solutions business.
- Generate and close new business opportunities - sales of specialist automated equipment.
- Travel and visit customers.
- Identify and analyse new markets.
- Work with engineering and project teams to generate and convert leads for new projects.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials with external marketing partners.
