Fire Safety Manager

Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to collaborate with a local authority, based in Bristol who are seeking a fire Safety Manage to lead the Fire Safety Team, ensuring compliance with statutory fire safety regulations across multi-occupied residential buildings, high-rise buildings, and supported housing.
The role is initially for 3 months, and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage Fire Safety Officers to maintain building safety.
* Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation and building regulations.
* Develop and implement fire safety policies and strategies.
* Work closely with Avon Fire & Rescue Service and other stakeholders.
* Manage fire risk assessments and ensure remedial actions are completed.
* Oversee responses to fire prohibition and enforcement notices.
* Engage with residents to address fire safety concerns.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations on fire safety matters.

Essential Skills:
* Strong leadership and management experience.
* Expertise in fire safety regulations, building safety, and risk management.
* Ability to work with stakeholders, including fire authorities and housing teams.
* Experience in managing fire risk assessments and contract management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
