Main Duties:
- Machine plant diagnostics, servicing and repairs, agricultural and industrial to the highest standard to new and existing customers
- Build and document knowledge about the customer and its technical operations
- React to any customer needs quickly, effectively and efficiently
- This is a customer facing role that requires the building of strong customer relationships.
- Will be required to promote and present a professional image and offer service solutions to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of NVQ 2 in plant engineering, servicing and maintenance
- Experience on hydraulic systems, open and closed loop, axles, transmissions etc
- Ability to work under pressure
- Clean Driving Licence
