Beehive Recruitment is on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer based in the South West part of the country. We are working with a leading provider of clean air solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and validation of controlled environments. As a UKAS ISO17025 certified company, we offer expertise in a broad range of systems including LEV, HVAC, cleanrooms, and safety cabinets, serving industries from pharmaceuticals to aerospace across the UK and internationally.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clean Air Field Service Engineer to manage the installation, servicing, and maintenance of clean air solutions, including HEPA filters and cleanrooms, across the UK and potentially internationally. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in air filtration systems, cleanroom technologies, and a robust understanding of international standards. Experience with biological decontamination processes, particularly using Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP), is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain various clean air systems, including LEV, HVAC, fume extract systems, and safety cabinets.
Specialise in testing and certifying HEPA filters and cleanrooms to ensure compliance with ISO 14644 standards.
Conduct biological decontamination processes using Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) and other agents.
Travel extensively throughout the UK and internationally to provide expert field services.
Perform routine and emergency maintenance checks to optimise system performance.
Deliver comprehensive training to clients on system operations and safety protocols.
Document all service activities meticulously for compliance and performance tracking.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience with HVAC systems, LEV, and fume extraction systems, particularly with HEPA filters and cleanroom technology. HTM-03 and theatre validations.
Proficient in cleanroom certification standards, specifically ISO 14644.
Strong capability in interpreting technical drawings and following complex instructions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.
Experience in biological decontamination, especially with Vapourised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP).
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including potential international assignments.
