  • Field Service Engineer, experienced in the service, repair of a range of wide range of MHE
  • Permanent position
  • Monday to Friday, Hello Weekends and Bank Holidays!!!
  • Vehicle provided-So you will need a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Salary depending on experience
  • Occasional overtime opportunities

In your new role as an experienced MHE Field Service Engineer:

  • Service and Repair of Forklift trucks to a high standard
  • Make sure repair specifications are accurately adhered to
  • Completion of repair tasks within time constraints
  • Compare the prices of local suppliers of parts and consumables.
  • Complete Service and Thorough Examination reports
  • Ensure all Van parts and consumable stocks are maintained to agreed levels
  • Carry out Van stock taking quarterly
  • Fitting of parts and return of parts as required
  • Inform service office of developments effecting scheduled work
  • Ensure correct disposal of Waste oil, filters, rags, scrap and batteries
  • Carry out off hire reports.
  • Pass quote information for repairs to service office
  • Source parts to effect repairs

To be considered for this permanent job opportunity:

  • Knowledge of Product Range
  • Experience in the repair of a wide range of MHE, Forklift trucks, Diesel, Electric and LPG
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work undertaken
  • Good communication and reporting to staff and senior management
  • Customer facing, Presentable and professional
  • LOLER Inspection and FLT Licence
  • Full UK Driving licence
