With national, and international presence, my client’s aim is to provide customised solutions for a variety of clients, and needs. Their hard work, and success to date has allowed them to become a well known brand, and leading player in within their industry.

Meaning… We are now looking for a Customer Service and Operations Manager to head up their team Chepstow! 

The Customer and Operations Manager will report to the General Manager, driving the team to deliver the best service, and achieve results. You must be consistent, commercially astute and be able to apply intelligence and broader understanding of the business. It is essential this person has a hands-on approach, good under pressure, punctual, and flexible to influence the team, and uphold the company’s admirable reputation.

Just some of the Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegating tasks and projects, to get tasks completed to the best ability
  • Recruiting, onboarding and training of new team members
  • Evaluating team KPI’s and individual performances
  • Preparing and reviewing analytics and reports of service performance
  • Managing absences of leave, sickness and holidays and arranging appropriate cover
  • Implementing continuous improvements to the teams after careful evaluation
  • Providing a focused and friendly service to all customers and prospects and maintaining good relationships with customers
  • Handling a range of enquiries from customers by telephone and email and ensuring a timely and accurate response to enquiries

You must be:

  • Experienced in a previous Sales or Customer Service management role
  • Commercially minded
  • Experienced in implementing continuous improvement programmes
  • Patient and tactful with management
  • Qualified to a degree level or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, and driven to achieve goals and deliver results!
