What You'll Be Doing

As our Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, leading a skilled and passionate team in delivering person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive excellence in care, ensuring the highest standards across our supported living service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the people we support, families, regulators, and stakeholders
  • Manage referrals, health and safety, compliance, and financial oversight
  • Develop and inspire your team, providing training, supervision, and on-the-job coaching
  • Shape and implement strategic growth plans, helping us expand our impact


What We're Looking For

We need an inspirational leader who is dedicated to making a difference. To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Social Care Management (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in social care at a management level
  • A deep understanding of learning disabilities and mental health needs
  • A proactive approach to leadership, with a hands-on attitude to coaching and development
  • The flexibility to respond to the needs of a 24-hour service, including on-call responsibilities
