Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of up to 8 clients, supporting them in a collaborative way that highlights their needs, achievable goals, and how to reach them.
  • Build working professional relationships to encourage engagement with internal and external services.
  • Support to maintain tenancies and accommodation, ensuring all bills paid, rent collected, and minimising arrears or debt.
  • Maximise income through welfare & benefit claims.
  • Provide move on support once journey is completed.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing homelessness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in navigating social services and connecting clients with the resources they need.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex challenges.
  • Commitment to advocating for the rights and well-being of marginalized communities.
  • Familiarity with local and national policies and initiatives related to homelessness.
