- Manage a caseload of up to 8 clients, supporting them in a collaborative way that highlights their needs, achievable goals, and how to reach them.
- Build working professional relationships to encourage engagement with internal and external services.
- Support to maintain tenancies and accommodation, ensuring all bills paid, rent collected, and minimising arrears or debt.
- Maximise income through welfare & benefit claims.
- Provide move on support once journey is completed.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing homelessness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in navigating social services and connecting clients with the resources they need.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex challenges.
- Commitment to advocating for the rights and well-being of marginalized communities.
- Familiarity with local and national policies and initiatives related to homelessness.
