- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to women navigating mental health issues, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and empowered
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and other therapeutic activities that foster community, self-discovery, and personal growth
- Advocate for our clients, connecting them with community resources and services that can further support their recovery journey
- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation to ensure the continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health and housing support.
- Proven ability to handle complex trauma situations.
- In-depth knowledge of housing benefit systems
- Relevant certification or degree in mental health or social services
- Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
