Do you have expertise in handling complex trauma and knowledge of housing benefits? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our client, a dedicated mental health organisation in Bristol.As a Key Worker, you will play a crucial role in their mission to provide specialist rehabilitation, recovery, and accommodation services in the southwest. You will be an integral part of their divisions, focusing on individuals with complex mental health including post-traumatic stress disorders, acute mental health disorders, or forensic histories. Your work will directly impact the lives of those transitioning out of psychiatric hospitals or at risk of readmission, as you help them achieve personal independence and manage their unique challenges.
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to women navigating mental health issues, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and empowered
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and other therapeutic activities that foster community, self-discovery, and personal growth
  • Advocate for our clients, connecting them with community resources and services that can further support their recovery journey
  • Maintain detailed case notes and documentation to ensure the continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
 Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health and housing support.
  • Proven ability to handle complex trauma situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of housing benefit systems
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certification or degree in mental health or social services
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Understanding of risk management in mental health settings
