We are seeking a caring and nurturing Learning Support Assistants to join our reputed partnering schools in Bristol.

Position: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Bristol

Pay Rate: 90-95 per day

Job Type: Full time/Part time

Start Date: Immediate or after your notice period

Your role:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Provide individual support to facilitate student learning
  • Monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents.
  • Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.

Desired qualities & skills:

  • Genuine passion towards child development
  • Experience in handling special needs children
  • Strong communication skills and behaviour management
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Proven professional references with clean records
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this if you don't have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Driving on own to the school is an advantage
