Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives?
Five Education is on the lookout for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive school team in Bristol. You’ll be working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs—providing both academic guidance and emotional support.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils with SEMH, SEND, and trauma-informed needs

Delivering tailored one-to-one and small group interventions

Encouraging pupil engagement and managing challenging behaviours

Helping create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

Collaborating with teaching staff to meet students’ learning goals

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH students

A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach

Background in trauma-informed practice (desirable)

Right to work in the UK

Up-to-date references and an Enhanced DBS check (we can help with this!)

Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30, term time
