Location: Bristol
Venn Group are looking for a Support Worker to work for a Charity in Bristol
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing support plans
- Liaising with external agencies such as probation services
- Supporting service users manage mental health
- Providing Tenancy support
- Supporting service users with multiple complex needs
- Managing a caseload of clients
The successful candidate will have:
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience working with clients dealing with homelessness
