This role invites you to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization. As a Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our mission, guiding a dedicated team and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Support Worker or Shift Leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • This role will see you oversee a team of night support workers and help with the day to day running of the service – a small young peoples supported living property
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change, ensuring you can thrive in a dynamic environment.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the industry or a keen interest in the field, allowing you to hit the ground running.
