I am looking for a care manager to join a service in Bristol that provides services to people with complexed and learning needs. The role comes with a good salary, benefits and future progression opportunities.
The main focus of the role is to grow and develop the service. You will engage with local authority for developing business which includes out reach service and supported living services at individual homes. You will also develop the business in the future so will be dealing with stakeholders and decision makers.
Although this is a business development role, you must also have experience in a care management role as you will be responsible for overseeing new services in their infancy and service compliance, along with the recruitment of the teams.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Business or service development skills
- The ability to converse at all levels and build long lasting relationships
- Knowledge/ experience within a care setting
