Hourly Rate: 12 per hour | Sleep-in Rate: 102 per sleep-in

Are you passionate about supporting young people as they take their first steps towards independent living? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Temporary Support Worker to join our team, providing vital care for young people aged 16-21 who are transitioning from care into independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in their daily routines, helping them adjust to living independently.
  • Provide guidance and assistance with practical tasks such as budgeting, cooking, and managing household responsibilities.
  • Promote positive relationships and build trust with young people in your care.
  • Assist in developing life skills, helping young people become confident in their independence.
  • Safeguard and support the well-being of each young person, ensuring they have the support they need during this important transition.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) is required.
  • Full UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Passion for working with young people and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
