1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Bedminster - ASAP Start

A welcoming primary school in Bedminster is seeking a dedicated 1:1SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working with children who have Special Educational Needs.

In this role, you will support a Year 5 pupil 1:1, helping them navigate their learning and development. The pupil has recently begun reattending school after a period of time away, and the ideal candidate will help them to readjust to school life.

This role is currently part-time, with morning-only hours, offering the potential to evolve into a full-time 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's behaviour and learning in the classroom.
  • Assisting children with understanding teacher instructions.
