We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team and make a positive impact on the students’ educational journey.Responsibilities: 

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt and deliver engaging lesson plans.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with personal care needs, if required.
  • Assist with classroom management and organization.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

  • Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
