Job DescriptionA well-resourced and welcoming primary school in South Bristol is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have previously worked as a Support Worker, In-Class Support Worker, or Learning Support Advisor. Whether you hold a relevant qualification or can demonstrate significant experience, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will provide support to children with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, sensory impairments, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural needs.

The school has received excellent feedback from parents and supply staff, and its team is known for being supportive and inclusive. The role requires a commitment of five days per week, and full-time availability will be reflected in the rate of pay.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for adapting lesson activities to suit individual learning needs, ensuring a stimulating and engaging learning environment that enables pupils to thrive.
