M&M Supply, is currently working on behalf of a SEN provision in Bristol who are looking for several SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.

The school supports children between the ages of 4 and 19 who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The aim of the school is to enable learners to progress from dependance to complete independence, allowing them to fulfill their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom to create an engaging learning environment.
  • Assisting with the delivery of lessons and small group activities.
  • Providing one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children develop confidence.
  • Follow individual EHCP's for learners

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school setting (Ideally SEN).
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their education.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Right to work in the UK
  • x2 Recent References
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
