Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a long-standing client, with the appointment of a Fundraising Account Manager to join their dynamic team. They have an exceptional working space located in Bristol city centre.

This Bristol born and bred organisation, operating in the third sector, work closely with charities to support with their fundraising campaigns. You will be working within their Client Relationship department, overseeing the whole campaign journey and reporting daily to achieve the client's goals.

Key Duties:

  • Working with clients to produce the campaign briefs.
  • Booking client campaigns into the fundraising system.
  • Supporting with the production of scripts, materials and training.
  • Managing campaign contracts and dispatching.
  • Daily contact with the clients, reporting on challenges and successes.
  • Overseeing campaign feedback, to include complaints and customer comments.
  • Presenting to the client at the end of the campaign on overall statistics.

You will have:

  • Account Management experience and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience within the Charity or Public Sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven volunteer work is also advantageous.
