Our client, a well-respected and established building surveying network firm, is searching for a Surveyor Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is keen to progress in their career and has a long-term managerial career path in mind.

As a Surveyor Administrator, you will be an integral part of our client's team, working closely with building surveyors, brokers, and corporate clients to provide administrative support. Your excellent verbal and written skills will be put to good use as you communicate with clients daily. Our client is looking for someone who is not afraid to get stuck in and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the business which will result in a managerial position for the right person.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with high volumes of inbound calls and emails
  • Communicating with surveyors, brokers and corporate clients
  • Allocation of new instructions via a bespoke valuation system
  • Progress chasing to ensure strict service levels are maintained
  • Providing free quotes
  • Provide general admin and office duties - dealing with any issues that may arise

In addition to these duties, our client is also looking for a candidate who is very computer literate and can utilise various software programs with ease. Our client needs someone who can learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
