Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Support the setup of meeting rooms, conference areas, and special events as needed
  • Report and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or assisting with office equipment
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to address any specific cleaning or maintenance needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Great communication skills
