We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to work with a prestigious Tier 1 Contractor in Nailsea, Bristol.
This temporary position is expected to last for three weeks and requires prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction or civil engineering sector.
Key responsibilities include managing documents, overseeing staff diaries, and acting as the main point of contact for visitors.
The role also involves signing in visitors, organizing meeting rooms and events, answering the switchboard, and managing an inbox.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience to be considered.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a prestigious Tier 1 Contractor on a temporary basis for the next three weeks based in Nailsea, Bristol. You will be responsible for management of documents, staff diaries and point of contact for visitors.

Utilising your previous experience within a similar role, preferably within a construction/civil engineering background. Your duties will include signing in and looking after visitors, organising meeting rooms & events, overseeing of several staff members diary's, answering the switchboard and managing a inbox. Looking after documents within a document controller position at times
