Title: Receptionist (Temp to Perm)
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm
Salary: 14.50 per hour
Start Date: ASAP (March 2025)
This national energy recovery company, with over 300 sites across the UK, is seeking a Receptionist/Business Administrator for their new Avonmouth site. This role, initially temporary with the potential to become permanent, supports the company's front-of-house and office administration needs. The company values its employees and offers a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organised front desk area, always ensuring a professional appearance
- Ensure that the reception area, office and kitchen is kept neat, tidy and welcoming
- Keep kitchen and boardrooms tidy
- Assist in scheduling meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, laminating, ordering office stationery and refreshments, booking meeting lunches, taxi etc.
Requirements:
- Previous experience assisting with the running of a similar office environment.
- Confident both liaising with and instructing new people from a range of titles.
- Strong IT knowledge and a fast learner when new back office systems.
- Full UK Driving License
