Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer seeking a rewarding role in a healthcare setting? We are looking for an experienced professional to maintain and repair the building fabric of a large healthcare facility in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on the building fabric, including plastering, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
- Ensure that the healthcare facility remains safe and fully operational by maintaining walls, ceilings, doors, and other structural elements.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs, minimising disruption to critical healthcare services.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the building meets all relevant safety and compliance standards.
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and the facilities management team to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
- Ensure all work is performed in line with health and safety regulations, particularly in sensitive healthcare environments.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 28,000 per annum.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer, ideally within a healthcare or similar environment.
- Strong skills in general building maintenance, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, and painting.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards, including experience working in regulated environments like hospitals or care facilities.
- Ability to work shifts, including early, mid, and late rotations.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance.
- Valid UK driving licence.
