We are seeking a dedicated Sports & Protective Services Lecturer to join our client's educational team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching in both sport and protective services disciplines.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and organise Sports, Protective, and Public Services programmes effectively.
- Teach across a range of related courses, catering to students of varying abilities.
- Deliver educational content for both Level 2 and Level 3 courses.
- Work with BTEC and other awarding bodies to ensure compliance and relevance of the curriculum.
- Engage students through dynamic teaching methods and foster an environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Must hold a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Proven experience in teaching both sport and protective services.
- Ability to teach across multiple levels and manage diverse student needs.
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage course planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from £30 to £40.
