We are seeking a dedicated Sports & Protective Services Lecturer to join our client's educational team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching in both sport and protective services disciplines.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan and organise Sports, Protective, and Public Services programmes effectively.
  • Teach across a range of related courses, catering to students of varying abilities.
  • Deliver educational content for both Level 2 and Level 3 courses.
  • Work with BTEC and other awarding bodies to ensure compliance and relevance of the curriculum.
  • Engage students through dynamic teaching methods and foster an environment conducive to learning.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Proven experience in teaching both sport and protective services.
  • Ability to teach across multiple levels and manage diverse student needs.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively manage course planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
