You will analyse labour data, conduct time and motion studies, and create scalable staffing models to improve performance and reduce costs. Your insights will directly influence operational efficiency and contribute to a seamless guest and crew experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Labour Analysis & Optimisation: Assess workforce data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements in scheduling and productivity.
  • Time and Motion Studies: Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve task efficiency.
  • Workforce Planning: Develop staffing models aligned with sales forecasts, peak times, and customer traffic.
  • Productivity Initiatives: Lead projects to reduce overtime, improve operational efficiency, and align labour spending with business goals.
  • Reporting & Insights: Present labour performance data to senior leadership and identify trends for improvement.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in labour analysis and workforce planning within retail or similar industries.
  • Expertise in time and motion studies and labour model creation.
  • Strong proficiency with workforce management tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
