Are you an experienced Highway Claims Handler looking for a new challenge?
An opportunity has arisen for a Highway Claims Handler with experience in managing insurance claims to join a clients busy and growing team in Northamptonshire.
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £18 - £20 per hour.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·Manage a caseload of highway claims from start to finish - Compiling reports, reviewing evidence, assessing liability and communicating decisions to claimants.
·Where required, negotiating settlement of claims within agreed authority levels.
·Maintain accurate claim records within our reporting system.
·Manage input from loss adjusters on cases they are instructed to handle.
·Build strong and collaborative relationships with our clients.
·Provide excellent levels of customer service
Previous experience in Highways is essential for this role. Carrington West are also looking for Highway Inspectors and Technicians with similar backgrounds across the South of UK - please get in touch to find out more.
