Our client is established in the local area for many years.

You will be involved in the day-to-day administrative duties regarding Customer Insurance Accounts and Small Claims. You will be the lead handler for customer claims, managing claims from start to finish ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service

Supporting the senior sales team by completing post review administration and providing ongoing support on large accounts.

Working as team to achieve financial targets through selling and servicing of products.

Supporting team members in their activities

Proactively establish customer needs so you can help them with solutions from our full product range.

You will have a positive & friendly telephone manner in order to carry out any sales tasks and be very customer focused with an excellent telephone manner. Cii Qualified would be an advantage.

This is a Monday-Friday position normal office hours. (This is not a call centre environment). The successful applicant will be trained and fully supported from the first day you arrive!
