Business Development Executive
Location - Manchester - Altrincham - Parking Onsite - Hybrid working once competent in the role 3 days office and 2 days at home
Salary - 27,500 basic - OTE 40,000 - 45,000
Start date - ASAP
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm

Role Purpose:

* Deliver high levels of activity and seek out decision-makers.
* Efficiently grow the number of referring recruitment agencies.
* Grow an existing patch of accounts and actively seek new agencies.
* Balance account growth and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Expansion and Growth: Develop and execute a strategy for new business development. Provide compelling sales messages to prospective agencies and identify vertical markets that could benefit from our solutions.
* Communication: Engage with agencies through verbal and written communication, including social media. Assist agencies with the Government's Umbrella Consultation and handle incoming inquiries.
* Reporting: Maintain detailed records of conversations for effective follow-up and qualification of agencies and clients.
* Culture: Promote and embody our cultural values, delivering the best service and advocating for our brand.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.
* Actively prospect a base of 200+ accounts.
* Proactively seek new agency introductions.
* Deliver service excellence at all times.
* Identify cross-sell opportunities.
