Job Description: My client are seeking a experienced Site Manager for a project in Manchester. The project involves the fitout of four buildings, with one block being 10+ stories. The total project value is £50 million, and it is expected to last 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the fitout process for high-rise residential buildings
Oversee multiple trades and approximately 20 operatives on site
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
Maintain high standards of health and safety on site
Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-rise residential fitout projects
Ability to manage multiple trades and a team of around 20 operatives
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Background in construction and you have relevant high-rise and fitout experience
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Car Allowance: £5,000
Holidays: 25 days
