Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Salary £11.44 per hour

Our client is seeking a motivated Production Operative to join their Broadstairs-based team on a temp-to-perm basis.
The Role:
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality production standards and on-time delivery of goods. Working closely with the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing products to precise dimensions and quality standards.
- Checking all stock and profiles for quality, promptly reporting any issues.
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on schedule.
- Keeping the team informed about production progress and any challenges.
- Assisting across different areas of production as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to Health & Safety standards.
- Participating in stock takes and occasional overtime when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong manual skills with the ability to work on your feet and lift materials.
- A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good numeracy and basic IT skills (a numeracy test will be part of the interview process).
- Attention to detail and excellent time management.
