About the Role
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated production team, coordinating daily manufacturing activities and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards. You’ll be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and efficiency in all processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manufacturing Processes: Operate, monitor, and clean equipment to produce finished goods according to manufacturing instructions.
- Compliance: Maintain GMP standards, adhere to company policies, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Safety and Maintenance: Conduct regular equipment checks, safely store materials, and report hazards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to meet rigorous quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving productivity and maintaining cost-effectiveness.
