Our client, a reputable manufacturing company based in Thanet, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join their team on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Assembly Operative:

You will be working in the warehouse, helping to manufacture products
Follow all Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
Assemble and wrap products according to specifications
Assist in the paint preparation department as needed
Adhere to company procedures consistently
Ensure all manufactured products meet the required customer specifications
Work effectively within a team and communicate any quality concerns to the team leader or supervisor

Person Specification:

Ideally have experience working in an Assembly position or similar environment
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Able to commit to full time work starting immediately
