About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher (Primary), you will provide high-quality teaching across various year groups, ensuring continuity in learning during teacher absences. You’ll bring creativity, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every lesson, leaving a positive mark on the schools and students you work with.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the curriculum and meet the needs of students from Year 5 to Year 11.
- Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to new settings and build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Mark and assess students’ work when required.
- Uphold the policies and values of each school you work in.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Experience teaching in primary schools.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and year groups.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
