Job Title: CNC Mill/Turn Programmer
Location: Dorset
Salary: £43,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 Hours (Flexibility)

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team in Dorset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC control systems to produce precision components to customer specifications.
- Produce both offline and online CNC programs – experience with Edgecam software is an advantage but not essential.
- Inspect your own work to ensure compliance with drawings and SPC requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of engineering ability and workmanship.
- Keep your work area organized and compliant with 5C/5S standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Recognized apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
- Fully skilled engineer with experience in precision machining.
- Strong knowledge of FANUC controls and CNC programming.
- Experience with Nakamura machines with bar feed (advantageous but not essential).
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
