Based in Dorset, this renowned interior fit-out construction company require an Estimator. Working with high retail chains, luxurious restaurant and bars, and shopping centres across the south, they are experts in their field.



As Estimator you will work within the commercial department completing the following duties:

• Analyse drawings and specifications.
• Assemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for stipulated price, interior fit out formatted projects.
• Understand contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide clear and detailed quantity take offs.
• Organise sub-contractors quotations, negotiate to insure quotes meet contract documents and issue purchase orders.
• Maintain client and sub-contractor relationships.
• Formulate cost break down from estimates and for project progress.

Ideally you should have knowledge of carpentry and joinery, working within this field at the start of your career. The right candidate will also be well presented and communicate in professional manner to clients and peers.



A competitive package will be offered dependant on experience.
