Service and Projects Administrator

As a key member of the Service and Projects Department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations - from preparing quotes and invoices to liaising with internal departments and subcontractors, maintaining key records, and ensuring jobs are fully supported from start to finish. There are also excellent prospects for personal and professional development.
Location: Broadway , easily commutable from Evesham , Alcester , Tewkesbury , Pershore , Moreton-in-Marsh , Cheltenham , Stratford-upon-Avon
Hours - Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm
The Service and Projects Administrator Role:

• Point of contact for the department.

• Provide administrative support.

• Ensure all jobs are quoted, uploaded and invoiced in a timely manner.

• Provide various data analysis as required.

• Liaise with all departments within the business.

• Provide support to the Service and Projects Manager to ensure the efficient and effective running of the department.
Skills required for the Service and Projects Administrator role:
-
• Proven administrative experience, ideally within a service or project-based environment.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
-
• Comfortable handling data, analysing reports, and working across multiple software platforms.
-
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.

• Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
