The Role

Do you have excellent administration skills and attention to detail? Are you looking for a varied role where you can support a busy team and help to ensure operations run smoothly? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and we welcome both full and part time applicants.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks and thrives in a supportive and easy-going environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General day-to-day office administration, including handling emails, answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
  • Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Procurement of office supplies and employee uniform.
  • Data inputting of wholesaler invoices to QuickBooks.
  • Overseeing the companies Health and Safety training matrix, making sure employee training is planned and always up to date. 
  • Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests.
