Your New Role as Our Senior Sous Chef:

  • High-Standard Scratch Cooking: Craft exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen brigade in the absence of the Head Chef.

What We Ask of You:

  • A genuine passion for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients.
  • Demonstrated success as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-quality, luxury hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
