Salary: £30,576 p.a. (up to £33,076 including gratuities)

Night Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring all areas are secure and operating efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night, handling check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and requests with professionalism and care.
- Conduct regular security checks of the hotel premises, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues that arise during the night, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Manage the night audit process, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth rollover of the hotel's property management system (PMS).
- Assist with setting up for the morning, including preparing any necessary items for breakfast service or the front office.
- Ensure the reception area and public spaces are tidy and presentable throughout the night.
- Respond to any emergencies according to hotel procedures, including fire alarms and first aid situations (training provided).
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, ensuring a seamless handover of information to the day team.
- Provide occasional late bar service to guests if required.
Desired qualifications & skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office role is essential, with supervisory experience being highly desirable.
- An "all-rounder" who enjoys hands-on tasks and completing them to a very high standard
- Familiar with fire panels
- Holds a full, clean UK driving license, as driving our estate vehicles forms part of this role
- First aid experienced/trained
- High awareness of health and safety and security best practices
