We are working with a growing, owner-run SME in the Engineering sector to find an Office Manager to join their small but hard-working team at their site in The Cotswolds, near to Broadway.
The Office Manager is responsible for:
- Overall coordination of all general office functions within sales and production, particularly
- Implementing efficiencies to processes and systems
- Ensuring customer service levels are maintained at the highest standards across the board
- Reporting on and working with data
The successful Office Manager will:
- Have a solid background in Office Coordination or Management, however it does not need to be in the engineering field
- Be comfortable working in a process-driven, quiet ‘head down’ environment
- Have reliable transport to enable access to the office Monday-Friday
- Enjoy the challenge of implementing process change and maximising efficiency
- Be comfortable and competent at communicating with colleagues at all levels, from shop floor to Managing Director
- Bring an understanding of a professional office set up and a desire to train and develop the existing workforce
This is a full-time, permanent role, and would suit someone who wants to be an integral part of a close-knit team. This is an office-based role, with working hours of 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am – 2pm on Fridays. Our client is offering a salary of £35-40,000pa, plus benefits.
