We are a Main Contractor Building Company that has been established more than 50 years.
We specialise in Restoration and New Build of Country Manor Houses.
You will be joining a small friendly team in an office in Broadway, Near Evesham, Worcestershire.
The position is office based where there is free parking on site.
We are looking for a highly organised person to cover maternity leave, we would like someone to start at the end of May for approximately 9 months.
Previous experience in an office is essential.
The role involves:
- Inputting Invoices on to Sage 50.
- Checking Suppliers Statements.
- Inputting Timesheets on to SharePoint.
- Answering Office phone and directing calls.
- General filing.
- Keeping Company Vehicle records and booking vehicles in for MOT and Servicing.
- Ordering stationery.
You will need to be reliable and contentious with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to multitask and respond to changing requirements that sometimes come when working in a small team environment.
The role is offered on a full-time basis for 9 months. Hours are 9 to 5, Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.
Salary:13 per hour, paid monthly.
