The ideal candidate will have strong motivation and experience, working alongside a team of 14 to create exceptional cuisine.
The total package for this position is £45,000, which includes gratuities and great benefits.
Candidates must have relevant experience and should be able to drive if they choose the live-in option.
The role offers 30 days of holiday per year, increasing to 35 days after five years of service.

We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef for this stunning 4 AA Red Star Hotel. You will be working with a team of 14 which produces some of the finest food in the Cotswolds. This 4 AA Rosette establishment is looking for a strong, motivated, and experienced chef. They offer great benefits and if applicable a great live-in package.
