The Company

Our client is a high end, established award winning hospitality setting. They are now seeking an experienced recruiter and offer a lovely working environment and great benefits package. .

The Role

Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will closely liaise with Managers and heads of departments to advertise for and recruit superstar employees, ensuring they have a great candidate journey, as the first "face of the business" they meet.The successful candidate will also be involved in various administrative duties, including engagement and outreach work at careers fairs and school events, and more!

Day to day role:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of different positions
  • Use various sourcing methods to attract and identify potential candidates, such as job boards, search licenses, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on their resume, skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Conduct second screen of shortlist by phone, video, or in-person interviews and support the hiring managers at interview if required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including making offer, reference checks, background checks, etc.
  • Proactively monitor frontline recruitment activity, identifying areas of concern and working with hiring managers to identify areas of potential concern and improvement
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report metrics and trends
  • Deliver recruitment training, or how to guides to new hiring managers to improve their recruiting skills.
  • Good working knowledge of employment legislation required.

The Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will be organised, professional and possess a warm personality with a creative flair.
  • Youll have recruitment experience, ideally from the hospitality or retail industry, either in-house or agency side.
  • Be enthusiastic and driven to achieve great things each day.
  • Perfect for someone withstrong attention to detail and skilled in building great work relationships.
  • The office is based in a rural location and the successful candidate will need their own transport.
Salary and Benefits
  • Part time: open to hearing from candidates looking for part-time or full-time (minimum 25 hours per week, up to full-time, 40 hours per week), worked over 4 or 5 days. They are open to someone working some hours between school drop off and pick up, with some hours completed from home after the school run.
  • Opportunity to work from home 1 full day per week (most likely a Thursday, subject to the needs of the business)
  • Potential occasional days off site required, to help support at local school careers fairs etc
  • FTE Salary £41,600.00
