What's involved?

Working with the team of chefs on site to continue to amaze the customers of our client with excellent cooking, according to the head chefs specifications. Your work will go toward the ever growing team, to enhance the local dishes they serve and develop your skill set.

Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes for the menus.
You will be required to work on a rota over weekends and bank holidays
Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
Have a strong work ethic and adaptability
