Our ideal First-Class Academic Mentor candidate will have:

A minimum 2:1 degree in a core subject from a top 20 UK University
A grades (or equivalent) at GCSE and A-Level
Previous experience working with young people
Extra-curricular hobbies that can be integrated into school life like music or sports (not essential!)
